Stock photography has proven to be a valuable resource for designers, but sometimes it’s impossible to find the perfect photo to illustrate a concept. I can often create a new image from multiple photos in such situations. It’s challenging because the component photos must be carefully matched for lighting, coloration, and mood. They must also be carefully masked so they merge seamlessly.
